Физическое лицо. Реализация имущества. Требование залогового кредитора включено в РТК на сумму 50 млн рублей. После повторных торгов, залоговый кредитор оставил имущество за собой по цене равной 21 млн. Кредитор соответственно перечисляет 20% должнику, 80% идут на погашение его требований.
Вопрос: В этом случае, в реестре производится погашение 100% всей задолженности по залоговому требованию, т.е 50 млн рублей, или же гасятся 80% от стоимости приобретенного имущества (от 21 млн. рублей)?
