Минфин РФ в своем письме № 03-03-06/1/190 от 10.04.2012 приводит порядок учета доходов в виде начисленных процентов по кредитному договору для целей налогообложения прибыли организаций, если в отношении должника начата процедура банкротства и введена процедура наблюдения.

Ведомство отмечает, что начисляемые в соответствии с Законом о банкротстве проценты на сумму требований конкурсного кредитора подлежат учету для целей налогообложения прибыли в составе внереализационных доходов.

Что касается даты, с которой начинают учитываться в доходах для целей налогообложения вышеуказанные проценты, то такой датой признается дата открытия конкурсного производства.
