Всем доброго дня!
Очень нужна помощь - как сделать импортирование таблицы из ПАУ в Эксель, чтобы она была с инвентарными номерами? В программе новичок, буквально первый шаг. Буду очень признательна за помощь.

В программе предусмотрен импорт и экспорт данных в меню "сервис" на верхней панели управления,
но он предназначен несколько для других целей.

Конкретно импортировать табличку в Excel вы не сможете с помощью сервиса.

Вы можете открыть желаемый документ в текстовом редакторе Word и там уже скопировать таблицу и вставить ее в Excel.

Также в любом разделе ПАУ есть штатная функция -- печать списка в MS Excel
список можно настроить как нужно: порядок колонок, сортировка и группировка

Спасибо, что отозвались! Я не совсем верно обрисовала суть своей проблемы. Передо мной вся таблица конкурсной массы (№ п/п, наименование, единицы, первоначальная, остаточная, оценочная стоимости, не включены в КМ, залог, продан, в наличии, на балансе). Колонки с инв.№ нет (а очень бы хотелось чтоб была!!) . Нужно провести сверку с другими данными с Экселе через функцию ВПР, и для этого очень нужен инв.№. В отдельно открывающемся окне "Параметры объекта" инвент.№ есть. Как сделать, чтобы он стоял еще одной колонкой в таблице? Можно ли?

Видимо только через инвентаризационную ведомость.

Набор колонок можно настроить при помощи соответствующего пункта меню (см иллюстрацию).
Добавить набор настраиваемых колонок и в нём указать то что хотите видеть.
Потом соответствующей кнопкой видимый список можно в Excel импортировать.

Проблема в том что в текущей версии Инвентаризационный номер сделать видимым в таблице нельзя

Спасибо, попробовала и так тоже. Не выкладывается в Экселе с инвентарными. Видно, действительно, нет такой возможности.

Добрый день!
Если еще вопрос актуален, попробуйте сделать следующее.

1. В ПАУ создайте документ "Инвентаризационная опись..." (основных средств или ТМЦ).
При создании документа укажите необходимые группы объектов. Опись будет открыта в MS Word в виде
регламентированной формы и туда инвентарные номера подставляются.

2. В MS Word выделите таблицу с объектами и скопируйте ее в буфер обмена.

3. Откройте MS Excel, вставьте таблицу из буфера обмена, получите таблицу с нужными Вам номерами для сравнения.
